Abstract

  1. 2025/26 Discourses in Europe
  2. Abstract
完成条件

In today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world, developing intercultural competence (IC) has become an educational priority across European universities. IC is now recognized as a core skill for effective performance in diverse academic and professional environments. Teaching IC poses pedagogical challenges, calling for experiential approaches and reflective learning environments. Within this context, European mobility programs, especially Erasmus+, offer authentic opportunities for intercultural encounters that strengthen the cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions of competence. This two-hour course integrates recent research, European policy perspectives, and interactive activities to help students from diverse universities analyze, practice, and reflect on intercultural competence as a foundation for collaboration, inclusion, and global citizenship.
