When using generative AI services such as ChatGPT, legal questions inevitably arise. It is important to bear in mind that comprehensive legal clarifications do not exist yet for a variety of legal challenges which arise when dealing with AI services.

The following provides an insight into the legal requirements for general orientation. It does not constitute legal advice and does not replace the need to seek legal advice in individual cases. All information is provided after careful review, but without guarantee of accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
