CareerCanvas brings international students and employers in Thuringia together to collaboratively explore the changing world of work. The goal: to strengthen connections and ease the transition of international talents into the regional job market.

Participants work side by side to discuss and design ideas around a key topic shaping our professional future: Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Goals:

• Understand and critically reflect on the opportunities and challenges of AI in the workplace

• Gain practical insights and examples: What is already in use? What’s possible? What makes sense?

• Experiment hands-on with AI tools and applications

• Explore the impact of AI on teams, workflows, and collaboration

• Identify meaningful ways to integrate AI into everyday work and study contexts
