8.1 Prelude

In session 6 you analysed specific challenges a virtual team is facing and how these challenges can influence team performance and team satisfaction. You also dealt with ways and means of establishing an e-culture to support the development of a team-identity and thus mitigates many of the challenges to be faced. Going through these processes enabled you to proliferate your competences for working in virtual intercultural teams. This concluding session is meant to look back at your achievements and learnings.
