The overall goal and learning objective of the online course "Virtual Intercultural teams" is to enhance participants' virtual and intercultural competences to support and enable a high level of performance and work satisfaction in virtual environments.

In other words, the purpose is to equip participants with the competences required to analyse and identify key challenges of working in virtual intercultural teams and develop the necessary social and professional competences to work successfully in virtual intercultural teams.
