1.6 Structure of the trainer manual

Apart from the two introductory chapters, this trainer manual follows the structure of the online course and its eight sessions. Every session has a short introduction for the trainer, which is followed by various teaching materials. These may contain case studies (CS), or other activities (A). These could be role plays, short sketches or learning reviews (LR), for example.

The different teaching materials all include a summary of the task, a description of the goal and the method to be used, along with a suggested time frame. Additionally, and depending on the task, it includes a handout for the participants with instructions and/or a case study.
