3.2 Culture and interculturality, a plea for an open and dynamic approach

When working in virtual team settings it is highly likely that participants will come from diverse backgrounds and cultures. For this reason, the unit “Culture and Interculturality, a plea for an open and dynamic approach” has been developed to explore culture and subsequently the concept of interculturality. The aim for participants is thus to recognise cultural features of virtual teams and realise the key aspects of interculturality and its influence on effective teamwork from an open culture perspective.
