The session "Developing from a group into a virtual team" focuses on the process and steps of team development following the model by Tuckman. By creating a framework for analysing how a loosely assembled group of individuals can develop into a virtual team participants raise their awareness of the different processes involved in becoming a team and outline some steps which encourage the development of a well-functioning team.
