In virtual as well as in other teams, members take on specific roles which are being accompanied by role expectations. The aim of this session is thus for participants to familiarise themselves with the key functional roles in virtual intercultural teams as well as the expectations linked to these roles. They will also discuss the competencies required to fulfil these roles.
