Working in any team means mitigating differences and creating mutuality. How this can be achieved is the focus of the session "Creating mutuality in intercultural and interdisciplinary virtual teams".

By creating identity profiles according to the principles of the MBI model (mapping, bridging and integrating), participants will understand how mutuality and commonality in an intercultural and interdisciplinary virtual team can be created and put their knowledge into practice.
