This session will help participants to understand the basics of negotiating an electronically based team culture (E-culture) for virtual teams. Because the content and thus the outcome of the negotiation process cannot be predicted, a key focus in this session is the introduction of best practices, including two approaches that will help participants to find the best and most suitable path for a specific team.
