3.8 My competences for working in a virtual intercultural team

Working in VITeams can be exciting and challenging at the same time and it definitely constitutes a new way of collaborative work. Working on the various topics of this EduBox and practicing virtual intercultural teamwork enabled participants to acquire a different set of knowledge, skills and abilities than working in face-to-face teams. It opened a path of enhancing such competences and using them for making virtual teamwork a positive, enriching and successful experience. This concluding session is meant to look back at your achievements and learnings.
